The best answer is definitely A only. Oxygen is almost never a limiting factor for carrying capacity (unless the ecosystem is in some kind of sealed container), because there is enough of it to go around for everyone. Since all the other other answers include that as one of limiting factors, answer (1) is the best.

1. D (piloerection for conservation of heat)

2. B (the endocrine system is an informational signaling system much like the nervous system)

3. B (nerve impulses and hormones are the main route of communication of the body)

4. A (rise in glucose causing release of insulin that stores glucose is negative feedback)

5. C (rapid growth stimulates secretion of growth hormones leading to more increased growth = positive feedback)

There are insurance companies set up for this reason.

Not cheap, but cheaper than having to come up with the money in one lump sum.

Call the AARP (American Association for Retired People) 1-888-OUR-AARP (1-888-687-2277), Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 12 midnight EST or visit their website (www.aarp.org) and ask them for companies they endorse.

I know that Centennial Life and a few others guarantee life insurance for seniors even with health issues. Just make sure you find one that does not require an upfront physical, nor allow increases in premiums.

Like I said, it won't be cheap, but much cheaper than waiting to pay at once.

Also, another thought is that many funeral homes offer prepayment and pre-planning for funerals where you pay a monthly fee now and don't have to deal with all the crap when she passes.

Keep in mind though, that your Grandma may not afford this, so either you, your mom or her brother would have to pay.

Or, just wait till she passes and deal with it all then. At least that way your Grandma would not have to pay.

Good luck, you are a thoughtful granddaughter.

I, for one, never said that.
My advice has always been to eat a balanced diet rich in nutrients, low in fat.

Metformin is used alone or with other medications, including insulin, to treat type 2 diabetes (condition in which the body does not use insulin normally and, therefore, cannot control the amount of sugar in the blood) . Metformin helps to control the amount of glucose (sugar) in your blood. It decreases the amount of glucose you absorb from your food and the amount of glucose made by your liver. Metformin also increases your body's response to insulin, a natural substance that controls the amount of glucose in the blood. Metformin is not used to treat type 1 diabetes (condition in which the body does not produce insulin and therefore cannot control the amount of sugar in the blood).

I hate how Liberals call it "Fact" when it's obviously a cheer leading site for Obama.

Like factcheck.org barely covered anything on Obama. Factcheck.org failed to cover both of Obama's books. Yet covers Sarah Palins brand new book.

It's obvious these things are far left.

My mum used to have a similar problem. We found out that Mexican foods and Indian foods contain a huge amount of sugar in them, some of them release slowly and some of them act straight away. Maybe try increasing the amount of insulin you inject before you eat.
Hope I helped.
